Donations
The minimum suggested donation is $600, which is usually given at the time of the confirmation of date.
The priest stipend is usually between $150-200, which is usually given directly to the priest at the last meeting, at the rehearsal, on the day of the wedding or via a note shortly before or after the ceremony.
The aisle candle donation is $100 and is usually sent with the reservation or at least three months before the ceremony.
It is also customary to give the priest doing the marriage preparation, if he is not officiating, a stipend (at your discretion).
