Join Connections on Sunday, Feb. 21 for a demonstration by Caroline Shields in the Church Hall, following the 5 p.m. Mass. Caroline Shields, a certified and trained chef, will provide light appetizers, as well as a knife technique and handling demonstration for the group. Caroline attended Kendall College and has started a small personal chef business--Caroline's Kitchen Table. Caroline's Kitchen Table was founded on the principle of enjoying dinner and conversation at home with family and friends. The company provides unique personal chef parties--big or small. The food is fresh, seasonal, decadent, and creative. A $5 donation to Connections is requested. Proceeds benefit Connections' service projects throughout the year.
