 Foundations Youth Ministry
The Foundations Youth Ministry program fosters fellowship, spirituality, and service with the teens of Old St. Pat’s. The program is made up of high schoolers and meets two Sundays each month from 10:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. throughout the school year. Additional Saturdays and Sundays are dedicated toward teens’ participation in service projects through Old St. Pat’s and in the Chicagoland area. Throughout the year, Foundations teens participate in a Fall Lock-In, Winter Retreat, Summer Service Trip, and many other fun events. Registration is always open! Foundations Youth Ministry Registration
Thank you for your interest in the Foundations Youth Ministry program! The mission of Foundations is to foster fellowship, spirituality, and service with the teens of Old St. Pat’s. We invite you to join us and experience all that Foundations has to offer!
Foundations is comprised of high schoolers from Chicago and the surrounding suburbs and meets throughout the school year, primarily on Sunday mornings. The first and third Sunday of each month is “Team Building Sunday,” where teens meet for fellowship and fun in the Frances Xavier Warde School (FXW) Gym. The second and fourth Sunday of each month is “Formation Sunday,” where teens engage in activities, discussions and Catholic faith formation. Additional Saturdays and Sundays are dedicated toward teens’ participation in service projects through Old St. Pat’s and in the Chicagoland area. Throughout the year, Foundations teens participate in a Fall Lock-In, Winter Retreat, Summer Service Trips, and many other fun events.
The goal of Foundations is to make faith relevant and exciting for high schoolers. Please feel free to come and check out a meeting or other event.
