Horizons for Youth is a community committed to helping children recognize and achieve their full potential.   In partnership with dedicated parents, Horizons for Youth provides need-based scholarships, one-on-one mentoring, and various enrichment programs.   To accomplish the mission, the focus is on providing students with a quality education, and a circle of support, beginning as early as kindergarten and following them through the eighth-grade.  Volunteers are the lifeblood of Horizons for Youth as they help manage the programs, and serve as important one-on-one mentors.
