The Friends of Fabretto Program provides direct service to the La Familia Padre Fabretto Community through Summer Service trips by providing volunteers to staff building projects, maintain conservation efforts, and develop children’s recreation outreach activities to the mountain villages of Somoto and Cusmapa. Longer term volunteer opportunities are available. Volunteers also are needed to promote and staff Fabretto’s annual “Night for Ninos” fundraiser.
Fabretto enables impoverished children and their families in underserved communities to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential through programs promoting nutrition, health, education, community, and character development.
